Privacy inquiries and data-subject requests: privacy@productvisibilityscheduler.com

The legal roles of the merchant, Wix, and the Service provider depend on the processing context. This policy does not assume that every party has the same role for every category of information.

2. What the Service does

Product Visibility Planner is a Wix application that lets an authorized Wix site operator schedule Wix Stores product-visibility changes. It supports one-time changes, visibility windows, weekly recurring schedules, and status and History views. Wix authenticates access to the application and hosts subscription pricing and checkout.

3. Information, purposes, and use

Information processed by Product Visibility Planner and why
Category Examples Purpose
Site and app information Wix site and app identifiers and installation status Connect requests to the correct Wix site and keep sites separate.
Account and authorization information Wix user identifiers required to authorize actions Verify that requested actions come from an authorized Wix site operator and investigate misuse.
Product and scheduling information Product identifiers, product names, visibility settings, schedule dates, time zones, recurrence, and optional schedule names Display and run merchant-requested schedules.
Execution and status information Schedule status, execution results, and information needed to prevent duplicate or conflicting operations Show results and complete schedules safely and reliably.
Subscription status Whether Wix reports an active trial or paid subscription Determine access to paid features.
Operational and security information Timestamps, request identifiers, diagnostic information, and security events Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and monitor the Service.
Support information Information voluntarily provided in a support or privacy request Respond to requests and investigate reported problems.
Deletion-safety information Minimal pseudonymous information required to ensure that deleted data is not unintentionally restored or reactivated Preserve the integrity of completed deletion requests.

Product Visibility Planner does not receive or store payment-card details, payment tokens, or payment methods. Wix handles subscription checkout and payment processing. Product Visibility Planner receives only the subscription status needed to determine access to paid features. Do not send passwords, Wix tokens, card data, or unnecessary personal information to support.

Legal bases

Where we act as a controller, the applicable legal basis depends on the purpose and circumstances of the processing:

  • Service delivery and requested scheduling operations: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary for a contract with the data subject or their requested pre-contractual steps, and that basis applies to the activity.
  • Security, reliability, abuse prevention, and operational logging: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable service and those interests are not overridden by individuals' interests and rights.
  • Statutory compliance and data-rights obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR only where an actual legal obligation applies to the relevant processing.

Core service delivery is not conditioned on consent to unrelated processing. Where processing relies on consent, that consent may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Reference: GDPR, Article 6.

4. Sources and sharing

We receive site and app, account and authorization, product, and subscription information from Wix, plus configuration from authorized users. Wix services provide the store connectivity needed to read relevant products and apply requested visibility changes. Amazon Web Services provides the cloud infrastructure used to operate the Service.

See the Service Providers for information about these services.

Product Visibility Planner is operated by Vedat Oguz, trading as Zolevia. We are responsible for processing carried out to operate the Service and act as controller where applicable.

Wix provides the Wix platform, authentication, Wix Stores connectivity, the Wix App Market, checkout, and subscription services. Its role depends on the relevant Wix service and agreement.

Product Visibility Planner uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud hosting and operation of the Service. AWS acts as a processor where it processes personal data on behalf of the Service.

5. Processing locations and international transfers

Some Wix or AWS support and service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, those transfers are protected by applicable adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other legally recognized safeguards.

6. Retention and deletion

Information needed to run an active schedule or resolve an incomplete operation is kept while that work remains active or unresolved.

Retention periods for Service records and operational copies
Category Retention
Completed schedules and History 90 days
Unresolved safety records Only as long as required to safely reconcile the operation; after resolution, completed-record retention applies
Application and diagnostic logs 30 days
Temporary processing messages Up to 14 days
Workflow execution records Up to 90 days
Backup copies Up to 35 days
Support and privacy case records 90 days after closure unless needed longer for an active legal or security matter
Export access Normally 24 hours
Export files Deleted within a maximum storage-expiry period of 3 days; physical deletion may finish asynchronously
Temporary incomplete upload data Up to 1 day

Minimal pseudonymous deletion-safety information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to prevent previously deleted data from being unintentionally restored or reactivated and to preserve deletion integrity. It is deleted when no longer needed for those purposes and no overriding legal retention requirement applies.

Physical deletion of backup or expiring storage copies may finish after the primary record or access expires. Expiry of export access does not erase copies already received by the recipient.

Uninstalling the app is not a deletion request. After Wix notifies us and the uninstall is processed, the Service stops future scheduled operations. Delivery and processing may take time.

7. Export, deletion, and uninstall

An authenticated Wix site owner can request a site export or an irreversible deletion through the Service. Full-site requests in the product are available only to the current authorized Wix site owner.

The in-product export is limited to 5 MiB. For a larger export, or if you no longer have dashboard access, contact privacy@productvisibilityscheduler.com. We assess identity, the scope of the request, and authority separately. A former owner's identity does not grant access to another owner's site data. An individual request concerns that person's information, not the entire merchant account.

Where a support export is provided, we verify the recipient and use encrypted delivery with a limited access period. Export collection takes place over a period of time and is not a single point-in-time snapshot. Expiry of access does not erase copies that a recipient has already received.

A deletion request becomes irreversible and blocks new scheduling, editing, restoring, and resuming while outstanding operations needed to leave products in a safe state are resolved. Primary Service data is then deleted. Backup copies remain unavailable and expire under the retention periods above.

Restoring a backup must not make previously deleted information available again. Deleted information must be removed or suppressed before a restored copy is used by the Service.

Deleting Service data does not cancel or change the Wix-managed app subscription. Subscription cancellation must be managed through Wix.

8. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, monitoring, backups, and recovery safeguards appropriate to the Service. No system is guaranteed to be completely secure, and this description is not a warranty.

9. Individual rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis. Send requests to privacy@productvisibilityscheduler.com. We will verify identity and authority and explain any lawful limitation. Wix account or payment requests may need to be directed to Wix.

Where the GDPR applies, we respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If an extension is permitted because of complexity or the number of requests, we will explain it within that first month. We may ask for proportionate additional information where identity is reasonably in doubt. You may also complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority, particularly where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred, and seek a judicial remedy.

10. Children

The Service is intended for business/professional Wix Store operators aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. The minimum age is a contractual eligibility condition, not an indication that the Service contains age-restricted content. Availability is worldwide where Wix makes the app available and use is permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

The current version will be posted at productvisibilityscheduler.com/privacy.

We will provide additional notice where required by applicable law. A revised policy does not retrospectively supply a legal basis for processing that lacked one.
