1. Scope and relationship with Wix
These terms govern use of Product Visibility Planner (the “Service”), a third-party application for Wix sites offered by Vedat Oguz, trading as Zolevia, Münchner Straße 14, 01187 Dresden, Germany.
The Service uses Wix authentication, Wix Stores connectivity, Wix-hosted pricing and checkout, and Wix subscription services. The Service is not Wix and does not control the availability or terms of Wix services. Wix's terms also apply to the user's Wix account, site, checkout, and subscription transaction.
2. Eligibility and authority
The Service is intended for business/professional Wix Store operators. Users must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter these terms, and have the required authority for the Wix site and products. The age condition concerns contractual eligibility; it does not indicate age-restricted content. Under the current access policy, merchant operations are available only to the authenticated Wix site owner. Users must keep Wix access secure and promptly remove unauthorized access.
The Service is available worldwide where Wix makes the app available and use is permitted by applicable law.
3. The Service
The Service lets an authorized operator create, edit, cancel, pause, resume, restore, or stop supported product-visibility schedules. Supported resources include one-time visibility changes, visibility windows, and weekly recurring rules. The Service also displays upcoming work and approximately 90 days of merchant-visible History.
Automation depends on valid configuration, continued Wix installation and permissions, an active subscription, Wix and AWS availability, and the continued existence of the selected products. A requested time is not a guarantee of exact completion time. Resolving an uncertain result may delay final status.
4. Merchant responsibilities
The merchant is responsible for:
- selecting the correct site, products, visibility action, time zone, and schedule;
- reviewing changes, daylight-saving behavior, conflicts, and effects on customers;
- maintaining lawful product content and Wix account permissions;
- monitoring Upcoming, History, and Action Required results;
- canceling or correcting schedules that are no longer wanted; and
- maintaining an independent operational plan for material promotions or launches.
The Service must not be used to violate law, interfere with Wix or AWS, evade access or subscription restrictions, access another merchant's data, overload the Service, distribute malware, or automate abusive activity.
5. Subscription, trial, renewal, and cancellation
Plan: Planner Pro
Monthly: USD 8.99/month
Yearly: USD 7.99/month billed annually
Trial: 10-day Wix-managed free trial
Wix hosts checkout and manages the subscription. The price, billing interval, currency, taxes, renewal timing, cancellation terms, trial eligibility, and other transaction details displayed by Wix at checkout govern the purchase. Wix may restrict trial eligibility, including whether a trial is available more than once.
Paid features require an active trial or paid subscription recognized by Wix. The Service does not receive or store payment-card details.
If the subscription ends, new paid scheduling actions become unavailable. The Service may still complete actions needed to leave products in their intended safe state. A recurring schedule paused because a subscription ended must be explicitly resumed after the subscription becomes active again.
A Service data-deletion request does not cancel or change the Wix-managed subscription. Subscription cancellation must be managed through Wix.
Statutory rights are not limited by the checkout terms. For subscription, refund, or invoice questions, contact Wix through its subscription support or use our billing contact below. We do not promise a refund beyond the applicable transaction terms and legal requirements.
6. Fair use and limits
A schedule can include up to 100 products. Each installation can have up to 100 active schedules in total, including a maximum of 20 active weekly recurring schedules within that overall limit. Single and Visibility Window schedules may be created up to 365 days in advance.
We may apply reasonable rate limits, temporary throttling, or other protective controls where unusually intensive, abusive, or automated use could affect security, reliability, Wix, or other merchants.
7. Availability and maintenance
We aim to operate the Service with reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may perform maintenance, apply security controls, protect the Service, or suspend abusive use.
Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis at support@productvisibilityscheduler.com. No contractual service-level agreement (SLA), guaranteed uptime, execution time, or support response or resolution time is offered.
8. Data, export, and deletion
The Privacy Policy describes processing and retention. An authenticated owner can request a site export or an irreversible deletion through the product, subject to identity and authority verification.
In-product export is capped at 5 MiB. Contact the privacy address below for larger requests or if you no longer have dashboard access. Identity and authority are assessed separately; historical ownership alone does not authorize full-site access. Deletion blocks new scheduling while outstanding operations needed to leave products in a safe state are resolved. Previously deleted information must remain unavailable if a backup is restored. Uninstall alone is not erasure.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
The Service's intellectual property is owned by Vedat Oguz. Wix and other third-party materials remain owned by their respective owners.
Access to the Service does not transfer ownership of its software or other intellectual property. No assignment of your feedback or additional intellectual-property license is implied by these terms. Rights granted by mandatory law remain unaffected.
10. Third-party dependencies
The Service depends on Wix and AWS services that can change, fail, rate-limit, or become unavailable. Third-party terms govern those services.
These dependencies do not remove responsibility imposed on the provider by applicable law.
11. Warranties, liability, and indemnity
Warranty and liability are governed by applicable law. These terms do not impose a contractual liability cap, a general warranty exclusion, or an additional indemnity obligation.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Suspension and termination
The merchant may cancel through Wix Billing and uninstall the Service. Cancellation affects access according to Wix. Uninstall stops app access once Wix processes it; uninstall is not a deletion request, and deleting Service data does not cancel the Wix subscription.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful or unsafe use, nonpayment as reported by Wix, or a security risk, where permitted by applicable law. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy.
Any notice, opportunity to remedy a breach, or other safeguards required by applicable law remain available. Urgent protective measures do not remove those rights.
13. Changes to the Service or terms
The current terms will be posted at productvisibilityscheduler.com/terms.
Posting revised terms does not by itself amend an existing contract. Changes apply only through a legally effective process, including notice or agreement where required. Mandatory rights and existing transaction commitments remain unaffected.
14. Law, disputes, and contact
German law applies, without depriving a person of protections that cannot be excluded under otherwise applicable law. These terms do not select an exclusive court or require arbitration. Applicable rules determine jurisdiction. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights where they apply, notwithstanding the Service's intended business audience.
